Frequently Asked Questions
To best protect each reservation, we’ve partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental “good neighbor” guest-screening and damage protection provider. Prior to your stay, digitally verify your details and ID through Truvi. The standard required Damage Waiver fee is nonrefundable peace of mind that covers accidental stay damages up to $5M.

Reservations <28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking or 60 days before check-in. 50% refund up until 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Reservations ≥28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. For truncated stay requests, 30 days notice required.
Check-in: after 4pm. Check-out: by 10am.
Early Check-in or Late Checkout subject to host approval, availability and fees. Early entry or tardy exit without host approval subject to minimum $200 auto-charge to your reservation’s source of payment.
Smoking or vaping anything anywhere in or on the premises, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited and cause for a nonrefundable immediate reservation termination (https://tobaccofreenys.org/nys-smoke-free-housing-registry/).
